The Human Resources Manager defines and implements the Group HR management policies and processes (recruitment, compensation, career management …), personnel administration (personnel records, wage & PAYE, compulsory registries …) for all the entities.

He or she is the guarantor of the good application of legal obligations and compliances, and more specifically will set up a proper social dialogue in France.


HR Manager Main Missions :

–         Daily support to the Group operational staff

–         Career & retention Management

–         Improving and ensuring good working conditions

–         Insuring recruitment in France and abroad : needs, role definition, interviews

–         Development of a training plan (formalization and implementation, management of training requests, dealings with the “FAFIEC”, monitoring of the training budget)

–         Management of labor mobility plan and career change

–         Administering termination of employment contracts (dismissals, contractual termination, resignations, …)

–         Ability to initiate compensation and employee benefit management

–         Participation to the budget of employment costs

–         Drawing up of employment contracts and relevant amendments

–         Guaranteeing an harmonisation and a group consistency in the allotment of securities or shares



From Higher education (Business School, Law School, HR Master …)

10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a similar function (SMB, international environment, multi-sites)

Organized, reliable, you are known for your initiatives and proactivity.  Dynamic and flexible, with higher moral and ethical value, you have developed a real team spirit.

Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen and to convince.

You are at ease in an international environment with either internal or external contacts

Computer literate with excellent controls of office tools

You are a creative thinker & a technical guru who understands the limits and exciting possibilities of the digital world.  Good speaker, you are comfortable with brainstorming ideas and working closely with the Sales and Professional Services teams to position innovative digital experiences.


Reporting directly to the EMEA Presales Director, the Presales Creative will be responsible to provide the following support.

  • Support the Direct & Indirect Sales team with:
    • Innovative concept ideas, technical validations, feasibilities and cost estimation
    • Seek optimum customer/end user satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for customer technical  questions during the sales process
    • Support sales activities through presentations of TI’s value proposition
    • Revenue generation by quoting accurate time and estimates along with cost effective project

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Explaining the features and benefits of the TI solution portfolio; comparing it to those of a competitor’s products;
  • Delivering product presentations & concept ideas to communication agencies, technical and management personnel
  • Communicating with sales and product managers regarding customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences;
  • Completing RFI/RFP;
  • Identifying client requirements and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Presales requirement specifics:

Build customer quotations in accordance with corporate pricing rules and corporate revenue objectives

Validate with Professional Services the service offer during the presales phase and ensure region compliance with corporate margin guidelines

Provide reliable reporting through the company’s ERP information system

Provide guidance in creative concepting; drive new Augmented Reality concepts taking into account existing and upcoming TI products features

Provide reliable and accurate business reports responding to known corporate guidelines, especially for project reporting.

Job Position Open :Total Immersion is looking for an Indirect Channel Sales Manager – South Europe and LATAM


You must be a sales rising star. Not the finished article, but someone who has the vision, drive and ambition to grow the business in this exploding market.  Highly organised with the creativity, sales hygiene and business acumen to grow the regions indirect business.


With a general target to grow your network & exceed defined indirect sales target, Indirect channel sales manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Take inbound leads, qualify, share with adequate partners and convert into secured revenue inline with our financial guidelines
  • Proactively hunt for the right strategic partners in all markets, accordingly to programs defined by business development department
  • Support existing Total Immersion’s partner network to secure revenues, leverage their sales & technical skills, and avoid conflicts
  • Build/maintain senior and executive level sales relationships with our indirect partners.
  • Educate the partners on Total Immersions solutions, and convince them of the value of our
    offerings compared to traditional media alternatives
  • Support all partners in their sales process to ensure deal closing & optimum customer satisfaction
  • Lead sales activities through presentations of Total Immersion’s solutions and their value proposition
  • Manage forecasts on a quarterly basis

The Role:

Total Immersion are looking to scale their business through the indirect channel.  Our D’Fusion technology is a horizontal solution, meaning it can be sold into all verticals.   The role will involve travels to identify the right ‘vertical’go to market partner.  You will be responsible for managing the partner relationship and ensure that a win-win ecosystem of partners is developed in the region.  You will transfer the Total Immersion skills and best practices to help the partners secure business opportunities while underlining the value of the ‘right to use’ license business model.  You will be required to deliver product presentations to technical and management personnel while communicating with brand owners regarding their needs.  The role requires a certain creative mind set as you will be listening to customers needs, developing innovative creative experiences, aligning commercial models that fit each client and raise client enthusiasm to a point where they invest.

Additional responsibilities include handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences; completing RFQ/RFP; identifying client requirements and ensuring proactive communications with partners to ensure partner and end customer satisfaction.
